Rules and Enrollment Form
Please read the rules below and

form. Send the completed form along with your tuition and registration
fee to New England School of Gymnastics at Healthtrax of Enfield, PO Box 3500, 3 Weymouth
Road, Enfield CT 06082. You may also deliver the form in person.
Registration Information
A registration fee of $30 per student is
required at the time of registration. Two children from the same family pay a
$50 registration fee. This registration fee is non-refundable. Your child will
not be registered for a class if the registration fee is not included with your
complete registration form.
Payment Policy
All payments are due on or before the
first class of each month and will be paid two months at a time starting in
September as per our 2008-2009 calendar. Missed classes cannot be deducted from
monthly tuition. Make-ups are available for missed classes. Only 2 make-up
classes per session. Cash, check or credit card. A $25 fee will be charged for
returned checks.
Discounts
There is a 10% discount on the lower
priced program for two children form the same family. If you pay the whole
semester at once, a 10% discount will be given. (Only 5% with multiple children
enrolled.)
Make-up Policy
We will be very cooperative in meeting
students make-up needs. You must call the office at least 1 or 2 days ahead of
time to schedule a make-up class. Missed classes must be made up within 30
days. There is no monetary reimbursement for missed classes and you cannot use
your scheduled class time as a make-up class. Once you have dropped from the
program make-up classes do not apply.
Drop Policy
We must be notified in writing 30 days
prior to the month you will be dropping. If we are not notified in writing,
your spot will be saved for you and you will be charged for that month. You
will be responsible for payment of tuition of classes up to the end date of the
semester.
Refunds
All registration fees are
non-refundable. There are absolutely no refunds for missed classes. (make-up
classes are available)
Snow Days
In the event of adverse weather
conditions, please call the office before coming to class at least 1 hour before
your scheduled class time. Any classes cancelled due to weather can be made up.
Dress Code
Leotards or shorts and tee-shirt are
required for Preschool and Girls Gymnastics Classes. Boys should wear elastic
waist shorts and a tee-shirt or warm up suit. No belts or jeans will be
permitted. Hair should be tied back and no jewelry please!
